Linux/AM3352: GIT link does not work to get latest u-boot source

Part Number: AM3352

Tool/software: Linux

Hi,

I have downloaded latest SDK from TI website "ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-05.01.00.11-Linux-x86-Install".

I am upgrading from 3.2 kernel to latest version to get ready to pull fixes for latest vulnerabilities.

My board is similar to AM335x nor cape, contains AM3352 with 256 MB NOR and DDR3.

I have referred the link "http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Sitara_Linux_Training:_UBoot_Board_Port" to port the u-boot for my custom target.

Part of the procedure,

says i need to clone to get patches for NOR BOOT.

First question is do i need to clone u-boot to port for board with NOR flash?

I get following error on trying above GIT:

"Cloning into 'sitara-board-port-uboot'...

fatal: unable to connect gitorious.org:

gitorious.ord[0: 64.13.172.37]: errno=connection refused."

I have connected from my home internet and I do not have any firewall blocking. I could access other GIT repositories. On researching internet, some say try using http inplace of GIT but did not work for me.

Request your help on this.

Regards,

Raj.
