what are the best setting of registers of LMP91000 to get appropriate readings for ehanol gas? does the readings of 3-lead sensor for ethanol varies for normal human breath as well?

Dear electronics engg -

I found this IEEE paper in which the authors implemented a design for ethanol detection with the LMP91000 and an MSP430F5529 that looks to have eliminated the effects of humidity (I am guessing this is why you are asking about the human breath). They set up the system for 3 lead amperometric mode - see their figures 4a and 4b, along with the corresponding text of the paper.

where, on the next to last page, they are showing the register settings they recommend for LMP91000 to be used with their part.

for example: LMP91000 Register 0x10 = 3 LMP91000 Register 0x11 = 182 LMP91000 Register 0x12 = 3
