IWR6843ISK: mmWave Demo Visualizer ADC Raw data running Matlab with IWR6843 and DCA1000 EVM

Hi,

I would like to enquire about the setting the configuration for mmWave Demo Visualizer as some of the parameters were different from mmWave Studio.

I would also like to check whether if I had set any setting wrongly with the default demo setting?

As I previously processed the data using mmWave studio + the matlab code (Mmwave Radar Device ADC Raw Data Capture). I'm able to get the result as shown in the application report.

However when I tried to set the same parameters using TI Visualizer, I couldn't seem to produce the same result as intended.

  • HI, there:

    I have never have DCA1000 and visualizer working together at the same time.   When we run visualizer, we are loading demo code binary to the target.  When DCA1000 is capture the raw data, we are using radar studio and loading a different firmware to the target.    It is two different approach.
