Hi,
Z-Stack Linux gateway installer is a 32-bit Ubuntu installer.
Please see this thread for instructions on how to run the installer on a 64-bit machines: http://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless_connectivity/f/158/t/347669.aspx
Thanks,

Thank you for reply,
I followed the mention steps in my Linux 16.04 AMD64 (64Bit) { Ubuntu ( x86_64 GNU/Linux ) OS }
ran this commands for support:
sudo apt-get install libc6:i386
sudo apt-get install libx11-6:i386 libasound2:i386 libatk1.0-0:i386 libcairo2:i386 libcups2:i386 libdbus-glib-1-2:i386 libgconf-2-4:i386 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0:i386 libgtk-3-0:i386 libice6:i386 libncurses5:i386 libsm6:i386 liborbit2:i386 libudev1:i386 libusb-0.1-4:i386 libstdc++6:i386 libxt6:i386 libxtst6:i386 libgnomeui-0:i386 libusb-1.0-0-dev:i386 libcanberra-gtk-module:i386 gtk2-engines-murrine:i386
1. Downloaded the Z-STACK -LINUX-GATEWAY from http://www.ti.com/tool/z-stack-archive
2. Got a .run file than used chmod +x .run (chmod +x on a file (your script) only means, that you'll make it executable).
3. ./file_name , getting Segmentation fault.
