    Part Number: ADC1173 Dear Expert What does 1.56V 0.36V mean in the figure below? I require that the input signal transform range is 0-3V. Is it ok to connect 16 and 17 to AVdd and 22 and 23 to AVss? Or how to connect these pins properly.
