Part Number: ADC1173 Dear Expert
What does 1.56V 0.36V mean in the figure below? I require that the input signal transform range is 0-3V. Is it ok to connect 16 and 17 to AVdd and 22 and 23 to AVss? Or how to connect these pins properly.
Part Number: MSP430FR6047 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC1173 , ADC3541 Hello,
I am looking for a microcontroller that has an embedded ADC with minimum sampling rate of 12Msps (at 10bit or better). I have came across MSP430FR6047 with sampling rate…
Part Number: TSW1400EVM Hello! For reading and analysis of high speed analog signals I have wanted to use the ADC1173 Board in combination with TSW1400EVM Evaluation Module. Since this is a parallel ADC it is connected to the TSW1400 board through the…
Part Number: ADC1173 I was looking at the ADC1173 data sheet (8 bit 15 MSPS 3.3V ADC).
According to what I read, if VRTS is shorted to VRT and VRB is shorted to VRBS (self bias) the input range is of 1.2V (from 0.36V to 1.56V).
However in the datasheet…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC1173 , LMH6611 Hello
According to the application circuit of ADC1173 page on 17, Figure 26. Simple, Low Component Count, Self -Bias Reference application.
This is only recommended for using Dual(+/-) supply OP AMP, LM6181…
Hi Baris,
I am looking into the part numbers that you have provided.
Can you please share a schematic of the board?
How are you changing from 3.3V to 5V when you go from ADC1173 to ADC1175?
Do you have enough current for the 5V rail (looks like AVDD/DVDD…
Hi Johnson,
My end use is to generate a sine wave, im having 16 points of sine value with have 128 variation of amplitude, forming a 2-D arry of 128 row and 16 column.
Im using ADC1173 A/D converter which gives digital output in form of binary bits with…
Hi
According to the customer the EVM is not same as in its user guide:
http://www.ti.com/tool/ADC1173EVM?keyMatch=adc1173&tisearch=Search-EN-Products
Now the EVM is not working, look that he is damaged. We order a new one
can you advise the values…
Hi Jim B,
Thank you for your reply.
ADC1175 datasheet shows same description of ADC1175-50,
but the range of supply voltage (AVDD, DVDD) is +4.75V to +5.25V on OPERATING RATINGS.
Is it really ok to use 3.3V DVDD(11pin)?
I guess ADC1173 is ok to use…
