I'm looking at designing a simple SERDES repeater – something that takes in 3.125 gbps CML differential pairs (100 ohm differential impedance…
Part Number: DS25CP114 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH0303 , Is the DS25CP114 output suitable for connection to the LMH0303 cable driver.
The differential output of the DS25CP114 is 350mV with 1.2V Offset, however, this does not seem suitable for…
Part Number: DS25CP114 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS25BR101 Could you send spice models for DS25CP114TSQE/NOPB and DS25BR101TSDE/NOPB.

Hi Kawai,
The DS25CP114 would definately need to have a termination. You should be able to bias it within the termination. You could use either of these styles. In most cases we just use a 100 ohm differential termination in the lab, but in a system…
Hello Liang-san, Thank you for the information. I understood that IBIS-AMI Model is not prepared for DS25CP114 and the only difference is the input 100 Ohm termination. Best Regards, Kawai
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS25CP114 Hello
my customer was used DS25CP114 betweeen DS90UB927 and DS90UB926 as LVDS switcch, but the it isn't work, but the system is work well when we connected the 972 and 926 directe.
And my test resulte is…
For the DS25CP114 in Pin Mode
EQ = Off and Low (3 dB @ 1.5 GHz); PE = Off and Medium (6 dB @ 1.5 GHz)
For the DSCP114 in SMBus Mode
OFF = 0 dB
LOW = 3 dB
MEDIUM = 6 dB
HIGH = 9 dB

Hi,
1) The DS100BR410 and DS25CP114 can share one SMBus. Please note that the DS100BR410 have one set address. In order to communicate with a single DS100BR410 on SMBus, you will need to select it with the chip select pin (CS). You will also need to…
