    Hi Kawai, The DS25CP114 would definately need to have a termination. You should be able to bias it within the termination. You could use either of these styles. In most cases we just use a 100 ohm differential termination in the lab, but in a system…

    For the DS25CP114 in Pin Mode EQ = Off and Low (3 dB @ 1.5 GHz); PE = Off and Medium (6 dB @ 1.5 GHz) For the DSCP114 in SMBus Mode OFF = 0 dB LOW = 3 dB MEDIUM = 6 dB HIGH = 9 dB Regards, Lee
