It is not possible to create the DS90C032 spice model now. The best model to use is the IBIS DS90LV032A model attached.

Please clarify the hot swap scenario. You mentioned backplane MLVDS... please notice that SN65MLVD206 is MLVDS part, while SN65LVDS31, DS90LV031A, DS90LV032A are LVDS parts.

The IBIS model is generally available in the device product folder.
This is true for the SN55LVDS32-SP.
For the DS90LV031AQML-SP, DS90LV032AQML-SP a representative model can be used from the commercial equivalent product folders.
