Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO7240C , ISO7240CF Is it all right even if I connect 7 pins to the GND?
I mistook ISO7240CF for ISO7240C and have got a wrong layout.I mistook ISO7240CF for ISO7240C and have got a wrong layout.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPIC6C596 , ISO7240C Currently we have the Pull-Up Resistor at Pin-8 (/G) of TPIC6c596, and Pin-8 (/G) is also connected to CPU.
Thus during power-up, Pin-8 (/G) is pulled to Vcc to disable all 8 Outputs.
After CPU initialization…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO7240C , ISO7240CF Hello,
I would like to make sure output is "Z" or not while Vcc2 power rising/falling period.
(1) While in Vcc2 (Output Vcc) power rising period (0V to 5V), output keeps "Z". (EN=Low, Input=Irrelevant…

ANY ONE KNOW IF VCCI FAILS AND VDDA AND VDDB HAVE VOLTAG WHATS HAPPEND
BEFOR ON ISO7240C I HAVE PROBLEM WHEN VCC1 FAILS OTHER SIDE ALL OUTPUT GO TO HIGH DAMAGE MOSFET I NEED ONE ISOLATOR…
Hi Paul,
Point duly noted.
On the USB PCM270x board, it is wired for just I2S interface; and another ISO7240C digital isolator interface with I2S, 3.3v and GND.
I have it wired as you suggested after resolving the defective IC out of the equation…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC8568 , ISO7240C Hello everybody, I have a few little questions about the DAC8568 C Grade. I want to use the internal reference. 1.) Can i get maximum 5V Output on all channels when AVDD=3.3V and internal reference is used…
Ok, here comes the happy end. I changed the ISO7240A and ISO7231A (1Mbit/s) for a modern ISO7240C and ISO7231C (25 Mbit/s) and now it works. There is no logic explaination for that, since even the old, slow A devices should be fast enough for 1 Mbit/s…
Hi Pascal,
In short you mean to say that:
In normal mode ISO7240C IC responds well and while in boot mode ISO7240C does not respond, right?
