Would the LM111QML-SP work with a 28VDC supply voltage? The datasheet says 5VDC to +/-15V , but it also says it should be able to switch up to 50V and the positive supply voltage is up to +30V.

Hello Uriel, The TL331 is the single version of the LM139 family. Unfortunately, it is not available in Space grade. The dual version, the LM193QML-SP is available. If you need a single, the closest single would be the LM111QML-SP.

As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation.
