There is no P2P device.
A digital demultiplexer like the SN74HC139 drives the selected output low and the other three outputs high.
If the unselected outputs must be Hi-Z, then you could use a three-state buffer like the SN74AHC125.
All inputs are overvoltage tolerant, so the pull-ups can go to 5 V.
All OE s can be driven by the same signal.
For these voltages, the SN74AHC125 (for translating down) and SN74AHCT125 (for translating up) would be cheaper alternatives.

Please zoom in on the rising edge of LE_OUT. I suspect that the SPLINDLE_OUTPUF line has ringing that causes the TXS's edge accelerators to falsely trigger and oscillate.
