is it possible to get information of the output impedance and output stage of the SN74AHCT14Q-Q1? How does it looks like? What is happening when there is no power supply on the IC?

The SN54AHCT14 and SN54AHCT14-SP datasheets also specify 112 pF.
The SN74AHCT14Q-Q1 and SN74AHCT14-EP datasheets specify 12 pF.
This looks like a typo.
