    The SN74AUP1G07 and SN74AUP3G07 datasheets allow 3.6 V, as expected for an open-drain output. Apparently, the entry in the SN74AUP2G07 datasheet is just wrong. Your design is OK.

    RE: SN74AUP1G32: but for open drain output type

    There is no voltage-translating gate (or any OR gate) with open-drain outputs. You could use the SN74AUP1T32 for the 1.8V-to-3.3V translation and the OR gate, and then add an open-drain buffer like the SN74AUP1G07.
