  Hi, For the SN74AUP1T02DCKR, you should be able to use the IBIS model of SN74LV1T02 . There is no Spice model for this currently. For SN74LVC1T45QDCKRQ1, you can check the non automotive version of the device: SN74LVC1T45 for these models.
