Part Number: INA700 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS5A23157 , SN74LV4066A , TCA9543A Dear Team,
My customer would like to use 8x INA700 on a single I2C Bus.
Is it possible to do ? How ?
Regards,
Nir.
Digital I/Os must not be used with analog signals; see [FAQ] How does a slow or floating input affect a CMOS device?
To disconnect the transceiver from the analog signals, use switches like the SN74LV4066A or TMUX1574.
This device is designed for 1.2 GHz signals, which is more than needed for I²C..
Just use a plain analog switch. But 1:4 switches can route to only one of four outputs; you need to use 1:1 switches with eight channels, e.g., 2× SN74LV4066A.…
Part Number: TCA9548A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV4066A Hi team,
My customer use NXP-PCA9848 and its I2C speed could be up to 1MHz.
I search our devices but only find 400kHz clock, so may I know do we have higher speed I2C switch solutions…
Hi Blindu,
PCA9546A will work for your application to switch between 4 different I2C lines via I2C control.
Clemens' suggestion of using SN74LV4066A will work, but will need separate signals to control the enable-inputs (C).

When looking at the left side, the EMULATOR TDx signals just need to be disconnected; use 1:1 switches like the SN74LVC2G66.
For the RS232 USER and CLOUD signals, use 2:1 switches like the TS5A23157 or TMUX1574.
Alternatively, when looking at the right…

i want to use TXB0104 for VCCA and VCCB use the same voltage 3V3.
is there any concern , thank you
CBT devices are very old and were designed for TTL signals, which do not go near 5 V. So they have only a single N-channel MOSFET.
For rail-to-rail signals, use an analog switch like the TMUX1111, or SN74LV4066A (with inverted control signals).
