    Yes, we just have such reference design of https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00807 that Current voltage measurement range: 0.5-100A, 50-300V. But based on my opinion you can just modify the analog front end to fit with 10000v that will be work.

    hi Dennis, sir I am using custom PCB. Actually I am using one of TI reference design TIDA-00807. I am running it on windows 10. And MSP-FET430UIF is giving error from starting only. Thanks
