Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22924 , TPS22920 Hello. I'm inquiring about a Load switch. TPS22924 and TPS22920. I work for an electronic contract manufacturing company. I recently assembled a PCB using these SMT DSBGAs using a ROHS process. The customer…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22920 Hi Team, I would like to ask the following about TPS22920. 1) Is there on-resistance(MAX) data under Vin=1.05V, Iout= -100mA condition? The datasheet shows Iout=-200mA only. I would like to know if on-resistance(MAX)…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22920 Hi all,
For using load switch(like TPS22920, TPS2292c) for smartphone antenna, I would like to connect Vout to GND.
Then, input is RF from antenna, what capacitor do I have to use?
Antenna signal's bandwidth is 200MHz…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22920 Hi,
Can anybody help to find the delay between Vin and Vout( Assume the On voltage is present).
There is charge pump inside the device which is fed by Vin and Vin is slowly ramping up and how much time it will…
Hi Yue,
At this time, our active low portfolio is limited and the operating voltage is very low here. I would recommend looking at TPS22920 which can work at 0.75V and is active low.
Thanks,
Shreyas
Part Number: TPS22990 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22920 , I am using the TPS22920 load switch part in a design of mine. That switch is difficult to solder, and seems prone to damage due to reverse current from Vout > Vin on shutdwon. So I decided…
Hi Mike,
In answer to your questions above:
1) The PMIC warm reset is not connected to the reset button. PMIC warm reset is driven only by the AM5728 reset out.
2) In our design REGEN1 drives the enable on a TPS22920 that switches the 3.3V rail to the…
Part Number: TPS22917 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22916 , TPS22920 , TPS22910A Hi,
I'm looking for a load switch with the same properties as the TPS22917 load switch but with active low enable. Package should be SOT-23.
Does TI have such a load…
Part Number: TPS22913 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22920 Is there a recommended land pattern for the TPS22913? The data sheet does not show it - it is not clear what pattern to use
