    When using the hardware mode, ENVM, you are restricted to a fixed output voltage of 4.95 V.The voltage is adjustable via I2C from 3.825 to 5.7 V in 0.125 V steps using the OV[3:0] registers . See the datasheet page 61.

    Siyu, I think the toggle flip-flop in the block diagram on page one of the spec should have let you know that the max you will get with this device is 50% duty. Go to page 43 and 44 of the attached and select a more suitable part.
