There are a few different packages/pinouts for that device. Can you please confirm which one is needed? For example, for the SSOP/TSSOP versions the TRS3222E device could be considered a pin-to-pin replacement.

But I need to confirm if MAX3222E really has no built-in 5kohm because I found another thread talked about this issue.
