    Hi Saril, The SN65LVCP408 outputs are not compatible with the PCIe clock standard. I would suggest using the LMK00334 or LMK0338 for switching and buffering the PCIe clock. The CDCI6214 is a good choice for PCIe clock generation. Regards, Lee
