  I do not see any model in the tools and software tab in the product folder, however , there are hspice and IBIS models available for sn74LV221A and sn74LV123A commercial versions.

  Part Number: SN74LVC1G3208-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV123A-Q1 DK thinks it is, and -Q1 implies it, but the datasheet doesn't list AEC qualification.

  Hi TEMC, Thanks for the additional information - so with that being said - you will have some issue at that speed hitting that distance (even if you are limited to 500kHz) - I don't think you are really going to get much benefit from adding the THS6222…
