Hi team,
When I use Tina to simulate a single ended to differential circuit mentioned in the paper, I find that the simulation results are not consistent with those mentioned in the paper. The differential mode signal is not amplified and the output is a square wave. Can you help me find out why?

Morning Wesley, your two V+ inputs do not have a reference voltage just the floating input signal, try putting 10kohm to ground on each V+ input.
Hi Wesley,
Let us know if you are still having simulation problems after applying what Michael and Kai have suggested.
