Just to be sure we understand correctly the NOTE at page page 19 section 7.3.3.1.1 of INA303 SBOS775C datasheet:

It means that the supply VS must be at least 0.6V higher than the voltage drop of RLIMIT x ILIMIT.
Can you please confirm this?
So for most application you can not use a VS below 5V.
It would make sense to have a warning generated in the EXCEL document is this case occurs:
