THS4130: Query more detailed data for THS4130

I am developing a test adapter for testing OpAmps (DC parameters only )on the UNIMET / M3000 test station. Among other things, I chose the FDA TFS4130 to verify the device. For better verification, I lack more detailed test conditions in the datasheet, both for the + -5V power supply and especially for the + -15V power supply. Is it possible to obtain these more detailed parameters? I can send the test results so far. Thanks.
