INA293: Input bias current variation as Electrical Characteristics

Part Number: INA293

Hi team,

Does the Input bias current variation Min, Typ, and Max mean an individual characteristic defined at manufacturing? Otherwise does it means the variation over temperature range?

I think the former is correct because the Electrical Characteristics was tested at Ta=25C as shown in the table, however please help me to make sure.

Regards,
Kazuto
