We are going to use TI's TLV2434 Opamp as a voltage follower.
At this time, is a bypass capacitor required at the power stage?
If necessary, what capacity capactor should I use? And how should I handle unused input pins?

A bypass cap close to the supply voltage pins is always necessary. 100nF / 50V / X7R / 0805 is a good choice.
Unused pins should be treated this way (here shown for the TLC2272 from another thread):

in this case the capacitance of decoupling cap is rather uncritical.
You might also want to read this thread, where we have discussed the advantage of having a charge bucket filter at the input of ADC:
Of course, you might need to adapt the circuit to your needs
