My customer'd like to know regarding material difference between LM2904PSR-JP and LM2904PSR.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Regarding LM2904PSR-JF and LM2904PSR,

(1) Are there any changes to the lead frame, mold resin, and wire bonding?

If there are the difference, could you please provide the information.

(2) We think that only the IC chip has changed,

What has changed in the IC chip?

Did the circuit change？

Are there any other changes?

(3) Are these possible to handle flow solder?

(2) Yes this is the difference

Hello Shinichi-san,

e2e has been a little unreliable in the last few days, I imagine that Ron tried to link something above and it didn't work.

For question 2: The JF typically has lower supply current and less phase margin in some unity gain circuits. The part number has specific silicon die revision.
