Regarding sink current difference, could you please explain in more detail.

The LM2904PSR has a higher sink current than the LM2904PSR-JF.

Does this make it difficult to oscillate?

I don't think there is a direct relationship between the ability of the sink current and the ease of oscillation, is this correct?

Shinichi-san,

There is not a relationship between sink current and stability. Stability is based on the impedance of the output node and how it changes the feedback of the amplifier.
