Hi,
What kind of circuit can we use to generate a negative bias voltage? (-120V)

Hi Kai,
IAs you know LT8365 can convert 9 - 30 V to -125V. I need a circuit that give -120 to -200V with 5mA current . I need that kind of circuit.

Take care, 200V can be deadly! You must be a skilled person to build such a circuit. If you are not absolutely sure what you are doing, then please stop here.

Thank you Kai. But the 200V power circuit will only give a maximum of 5mA to my circuit. The circuit you suggested can give high current. I don't need high current because of driving only APD diode. Actually LT8365 is ideal for me, but unfortunatelyit does not available on the market. I need that kind of circuit.

The first link shows a circuit provoding an output current of 65mA. My circuit of the second link gives a way smaller output current.
Ok, I have understood, you need a circuit like the LT8365?
