BUF802: BUF802

Hi:

I measured the input impedance of the BUF802 reference circuit downloaded at this site SBOMBQ8D.TSC, I took out the 50 Ohms input resistor and changed R source until  I got half of the input voltage and I got 115Kohms not 1Mohms as published in the datasheet, am I doing the measurement wrong? I did the simulation in TINA with sine wave 1volt peak and 1Mhz.
