What is the Maximum Junction temperature for these 2 components

Part Number: TLC27M7ID, SN74AC14DR

Hi,

Usually datasheets mention the max Junction temperature under ‘Absolute max rating’. The formula usually used for determining the junction temperature is Tj = Ta + (Rja * power).

 

For TLC27M7ID:

Tj and Rja data is unavailable in the datasheet.

Max power rating is available for different packages.

But I cant use the above formula to determine the Absolute Max junction temperature coz there are 2 unknowns ie Tj and Rja.

 

For SN74AC14DR:

Tj and Max power rating is unavailable in the datasheet.

Thermal impedance Rja is available for different packages.  

But I cant use the above formula to determine the Absolute Max junction temperature coz there are 2 unknowns ie Tj and Power.

 

Please specify the Maximum Junction temperature rating for these 2 components.
