Hi team,

This device is really old and related application note is also out of date. So I would like to konw how to design an active filter using UAF42? Is there any design guide or tool? Thanks!

have you read all appnotes?

I would invite you to run a TINA-TI simulation. This heavily simplifies the design of your filter.

I would take Kai's suggestion and simulate it via TINA or PSPICE-FOR-TI simulation tools. UAF42 may be old, but the IC and the design approaches are still applicable, especially you'd like to integrate several op amps in one. Or you may design filter circuits in discrete op amps approach.
