Hi,

I was trying to use this part in Cadence PSpice simulation 17.4-2019, but the model found in Ti website doesn't work. I tried several time it comes same. Is there any way to update the model, so can be used in the simulation.

then I would run a simulation in TINA-TI:

Hi Mohammed,

Thanks for reaching out. I just opened the Pspice model project on the web and it runs the sim fine for me. Can you show me what error messages you are getting? Can you send me your project file?
