LM393LV: How to connect Out1 and Out2 to make Logical OR Gate (Wired-OR)?

Part Number: LM393LV

HI,

In datashet of LM393LV on page 19, it is mentioned, The open drain output aallow logical OR'ing of multiple open drain outputs as shown in below snapshot.

I have two Voltage rails which have operating range 8V to 32V, whenever anyone of them in range 8V to 32V, I would like to get V High signal. I'm thinking to use both comparators of LM393LV, having threshold voltage of 8V, the open drain ouputs of both comparators will be high when Vin is greater than 8V, Than, I was thinking to connect to an OR gate and get final V high signal. But when I go through datasheet of LM393LV, it is mentioned that outputs can be connected to make logical OR connection. If it is possible I dont need to use OR gate IC. I'm not sure, how to connect two open drain ouputs  to make logical OR gate or Wired-OR connection. As far as I know, if I short outputs together and pull up, it will be Wired-AND logic not OR logic. So, kindly let me know how to connect two outputs to make OR connection as mentioned in datasheet?

Thanks
