AD8639 is an auto-zero amplifier with GBW of just 1.35MHz while OPA328 is a package-level trimmed amplifier with GBW of 40MHz - thus they are vastly different amplifiers.
If you need the high precision amplifier, you should instead consider a low 5V supply OPA2387 (GBW of 5.7MHz) with max offset of +/-2uV and max drift 0.012uV/C or 36V supply OPA2187 (GBW of 5MHz) with max offset of +/-4uV and max drift of 0.012uV/C.
