hi, all
I used OPAx187 TINA-TI Reference Design (Rev. C) to create a TINA file to simulate the output impedance of OPAX187. The simulation result is not the same as that listed in "
Ken,
I think the difference is just a matter of how the output graph is scaled (i.e. dB, linear, logarithmic). In your attachment of "open loop output impedance", the graph provided and your "Zout_ohm" graph are the same, but the provided graph is in log scale and yours ins in linear scale. I tried to adjust the attached file to display the graph in log scale but it did not work as expected. That may be the same experience you are having. So, I recreated the TINA file and it provides the "original output impedance" graph. I checked this graph in the data sheet and it matches the expected Zout well. Note: when you run the simulation you will have to click on the axis and select "logarithmic". Please try the attachment and let me know if this resolves your issue.
Best regards,
Art
