My customer is using the LM7322MM/NOPB. However, there is a problem with delivery.

If there is a newer replacement device that is pin compatible, please recommend it.

If there is no pin compatible product, please recommend the latest product with the most similar function.

There is no pin-compatible device with the same electrical characteristics.

The LM7332, LM8272, and maybe OPA2992 have somewhat similar characteristics; I do not know if they would work in your customer's unknown circuit. See here for a comparison.

OPA2156 is another potential replacement.

Is the "unlimited cap" drive required, that claim is rare.

Depending on your application, the LM7322 (in the DGK package) can be replaced with the OPA2994 (it is pin to pin):
