INA333: Zero out Input offset

Part Number: INA333
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA317

Hello,

In my application I need to measure the voltage drop across a Temperature Dependent Resistor.

The resistor must be driven from a constant current source with approx. 400uA.

The resistance ranges from about 860 to 890 ohms over 30 - 80 degrees.

Meaning my differential voltage into the INA stage will range over about 344mV to 360mV.

I thought of using INA333 or INA317 for the sense part since these have a reference input.

However, I will be using a high gain in order to extract the small shift in output, and this gain will surely saturate the first stage of the INA.

(I would like to see a shift of between 1 and 2 volts at the output over the above temperature range).

Could I get a better suggestion for this application than my original idea?

Thank you

David
