We do not use IBIS models for our amplifier products. Other than the SPI interface and GPIO, PGA280 is considered an analog part.
If you would like to simulate the analog performance of the PGA280, you may use the spice model that is available for PGA281.
We have both PSpice and TINA-TI Spice models available on the PGA281 product page under "Design Tools and Simulation".

Unfortunately there is no IBIS model or equivalent for the PGA280 SPI interface. If you require more information about the PGA280 SPI protocol or characteristics, please refer to the links below.
The digital I/O characteristics are specified in the electrical characteristics section of the PGA280 datasheet.
The SPI timing requirements can be found in section 6.3 of the datasheet.
There is also an application note detailing PGA280 Communication via SPI that can be found on the PGA280 Product Page.
