Urgent need help to advice body marking for MPN#OPA124UA/2K5

Based on the image, the marking is indicated that this is OPA124UA grade op amp. The IC's marking pattern is shown correctly. 

BTW, the marking alone does not indicate if the part is authentic from the TI manufacturer. The traceability of the parts have to do with where and how the products are purchased from. If the product is purchased from the TI E-store or TI authorized distributors, then we have a way to trace back where the product is sourced from. If the product is missing the proper purchasing distribution chains, it is very difficult to say about its authenticity, and the TI Customer service may not be able to trace the distribution of the product.
