Unity gain buffer output unstable

Good day,

We have used one TI OPA991IDBVR Operational Amplifier as a unity-gain buffer with the configuration provided below.

We have replaced LM7301 with OPA991IDBVR.

With the current set-up the output of the buffer is unstable.

We did an experiment by decreasing the feedback resistor and the output capacitor.

In both cases the output was table and the problem disappeared.

Could you please help to find a technical explanation behind it.
