Where should the exposed thermal pad of OPA567 be connected?

When designing the circuit as shown above, should the exposed thermal pad be connected to -3.3V or GND?

The thermal pad of OPA567 should be either left floating or be connected to a negative supply; thus, in your circuit this would mean connecting to -3.3V (see below).
