Hello Jayce, 

The PDF does not have any information on what was measured. 

The document only cites "noise" as being different between the devices. 

I will need to see oscilloscope measurements or some similar method using test equipment to benchmark the performance.

 This is all I see on my end:

With further information, I may be able to better understand what is causing the disparity in performance.
