Tool/software:
hello all,
i was trying to simulate the input impedance of the THS4567 in FDA mode in TINA TI with AC analysis. the real part of the impedance is as expected which is 2*RG but the imaginary part has inductive behaviour, any explaination for this or it's a problem with the simulator?
update: i just had to rotate the input current source. now i am getting an input capacitance of 1.57pF even though it's mentioned in the data sheet that it's 0.6pF
