INA186: Behavior when the load is shorted

Part Number: INA186

Tool/software:

Dear Customer

I am currently using the INA186A3 to detect current.

Please tell me about the behavior when the load is shorted.

When the load is shorted, the current increases and the voltage across the shunt resistor rises, but there is a period when the output of the INA186 drops.

I will send you the waveform and circuit.

I have not attached a waveform, but the VS terminal was stable.

What is the cause of this?

Please let me know if you have any countermeasures.

Kind regards
