Hi, has anyone ever encountered a 6-pin configuration of LM2903 with the package marking "L98" before?
What is the normal package markings on the LM2903 supposed to look like? Thanks.
The LM2903 contains two comparators and therefore always requires eight pins.
TI does not make a device with marking "L98".
Here is a list of markings: ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partNumber=LM2903
Hello Joshua,
We do not have a 6-pin package configuration for the LM2903 - that would not make sense as it needs all 8 pins.
There are other companies that use the "LM" prefix - what package is it in?
Can you post a picture? I am curious... Opto-isolator? What part of the circuit is it in?
