Hello Nishalini,
Could you share a block diagram of the desired system setup?
I can certainly help recommend an active filter using a high-speed amplifier; I would like to know if you are handling a single-ended or differential input? Do you need a single-ended or differential output?
Could you elaborate on the 'Current' entry into your table? Are you saying you need 200mA of output drive (output current)?
You share you need 25dB of attenuation at 300MHz-400MHz, with a cutoff frequency (3-dB point) of 135MHz.
Could you share what you mean by LC (T-type) architecture for the 3rd-order filter?
What is the application for this circuit? What is your input signal and what is your load?
Best,
Alec
