Hi Benjamin,
Is single event latchup data available for the LM158QML (5962R8771003VXA to be exact)
Here is the SEL information I have. There is not the specified SEL report in this, but not SEL events were observed.

Here is a collection of SEL testing on bipolar products, which it may be helpful in your application.
The -SP grade of the same product has a bit more tested information.

Hi Benjamin,
Is the SEL data still relevant to 5962R8771003VXA purchased today? Has there been a die revision since?
You are correct that the SEL test is only applicable to the revision then. I do not have the latest SEL data. I have to ask our testing expert if the die design and revision has changed since.
In space product, the die design and process does not change frequently, and it is possible that the same SEL still applicable to the current product, which it may be still the same design and process. I have to find it out.
What are you looking for - the current SEL report for the LM158QML, which is military grade? It may not have the complete testing requirements as in LM158QML-SP product.
Best,
Raymond
HI Raymond,
Yes if you could please consult with your testing expert on any latest SEL data that would be great.
As far as I can tell, both of the linked parts (LM158QML and LM158QML-SP) point to the same datasheet. In either case, there does not appear to be any SEL data for the military or space grade LM158QML on the TI website, only SET.
Thanks
Hi Benjamin,
In either case, there does not appear to be any SEL data for the military or space grade LM158QML on the TI website, only SET.
I can request our test lab and see if they have the latest SEL test results in LM158QML-SP. LM158QML and LM158QML-SP are the same die design, but it will meet different test requirements. LM158QML may not require to provide SEL result in every batch, but LM158QML-SP may do. Please give me a few days to find these out.
Best,
Raymond
Hi Benjamin,
The LM158QML and LM158QML-SP Si die design, previous FAB and process are still valid (unchanged), and we are still withdrawing the inventory from the previous qualified batch. Please see the SEL documents that I enclosed in the previous reply.
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
