OPA699M: ThetaJC information

Tool/software:

I am looking for the thetaJC from the bottom of the case and the thetaJC from the top of the case.  Is this information available?

    Hello Andrea,

    I see the OPA699M has a theta-JC rating already:

    This part, being military-rated, has thermal performance modeled according to MIL-STD-883, Method 1012.1:

    Is there a specific request for JC-top and JC-bottom to satisfy procurement or evaluation requirements?  I would be happy to help where needed on this support.

    Hi Alec,

    Thanks for your prompt response, and for the thetaJC information.  I was looking at the non-military datasheet by mistake.  At this time, I will move fwd without the JC-top.  My component is dissipating relatively low power, and hopefully will not need the additional thermal path.
