Hi Engineer,
1. The application circuit is shown in the figure below
2. +5V power on the +5V port, -5V floating, the input and output terminals are empty
3. After powering on according to step 2, the chip will be hot. When the current value reaches about 1A, it will burn out in about 1 minute.
4. Change back to the previous OPA693ID and it will work normally.
5‘ Could you help to suggest the reason for the failures?
