    Hi Junfeng, 

    Are you referring to the following op amp circuit?

    I am not familiar with OSFP application. Here is the BW and related slew rate. It looks like that these are in buffer configuration. Please make sure that the TLV2372 is not driving capacitive load. Otherwise, op amp's output may oscillate. 

    I am going to transfer you to INT_TXP team, since we do not support SN74AVC4T245RSVR product.

    Similar to Raymond, I'm not familiar with OSFP application and its requirements.

    The schematic looks good. Only one bypass capacitor is required for each supply pin. C790, C796 and C5745 can be removed.
